Home-Start West Lothian Project/Shop Manager

Salary: £16,257.80 (plus performance related bonus)

(37 hours per week – Tuesday to Saturday)

Home-Start West Lothian is seeking to recruit a full-time experienced Project/Shop Manager for its shop in West Lothian.

Our Charity Shop will raise crucial funds to support Home-Start West Lothian’s work with young families across West Lothian.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Project/Shop Manager who will have the skills necessary to recruit and manage a team of volunteers/trainees, maximise income, organise stock regeneration and undertake all banking and financial recording.

An understanding of working to targets, recruiting and supporting volunteers/trainees, income and expenditure budgets, benefits of social media and gift aid is essential.
