Three Health Improvement Funding Opportunities

NHS Lothian is seeking proposals from bidders for three projects in West Lothian as follows:

 

Project 1 – Key outcome: Improved Nutrition and Reduced nutritional inequalities particularly for children and young people in West Lothian

NHS Lothian is seeking applications to deliver a programme of activities to meet this outcome, including work to increase community support for breastfeeding mothers, reduce maternal obesity and support good family nutrition using a community led health approach.

Project 2 – Key outcome: Increased physical activity in children and young people in West Lothian

NHS Lothian is seeking applications to deliver a programme of activities to increase physical activity in children and young people using a community led health approach

Project 3 – Key outcome: Improved Income maximisation for individuals and families with low financial resources in West Lothian

NHS Lothian is seeking applications to deliver welfare advice services in selected GP practices in West Lothian.
