The Equality and Human Rights Fund is a new programme that supports organisations that deliver work focussed on tackling inequality and discrimination, furthering equality, and advancing the realisation of human rights in Scotland. The Fund will distribute up to £7 million annually for three years from October 2021 to September 2024.
Managed by Inspiring Scotland, the programme is an evolution of previous Scottish Government funding streams including the Promoting Equality and Cohesion Fund (PECF) and Scottish Government funding for national partners. Deadline for applications is noon on Friday 14 May 2021.
Single applications can be made by individual organisations or a group of organisations can make a partnership bid. West Lothian College is very open to coming on board as a partner in any project if access to their facilities/learners/curriculum would enhance any bid or if there is a possibility to undertake a project in collaboration.
