Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing fund – further £15m of monies

The Scottish Government has announced a further £15m of funding to tackle social isolation and loneliness across Scotland.

£15 million for second year of fund – ( Details of the grant to West Lothian is expected in the mid-June.

In October 2021, the Scottish Government announced a new Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund which was administered by Third Sector Interfaces (TSIs). The £570k allocation of monies to West Lothian is making an incredible difference to the lives of individuals impacted by the Pandemic. The funding has helped 32 small, grass roots community groups across West Lothian to support adults experiencing inequalities, loneliness, social exclusion and people experiencing bereavement.
