The Corra Foundation Boost Small Grants programme is for local community organisations across Scotland supporting children and families affected by poverty, whether their work is focused on providing practical help, organising activities and gatherings, or addressing another local need. Boost 2025 is delivered by Corra Foundation and is a partnership between the STV Children’s Appeal, Comic Relief, and Corra Foundation.

Boost Small Grants will provide grants of £500-£3000 to constituted groups and charities with an annual income of £50,000 or less. Unconstituted groups can apply for grants of between £250-£1500. There is £400,000 available to distribute in 2025, and they anticipate making approximately 160 grants, with approximately 10% of the funding available made in grants to unconstituted groups.

This fund aims to provide an accessible funding opportunity for small community led organisations, and ensure supportive community led activities are available to children and families. There will be three application rounds in 2025, with around one third of the grants made in each round. The first round will close at noon on Tuesday 11 March 2025, with the second opening in late April.

Applications will be assessed in the order they are received. If all funds available in a round are spent when your application is reached, they will contact you about whether your application can be moved to the next round.
