COVID-19 Public Inquiry – invitation to provide input

Ministers announced the establishment of a statutory public inquiry under the 2005 Inquiries Act into Scotland’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. Ministers wish to have this Scottish inquiry established by the end of this year.

The attached letter provides the opportunity for stakeholders to comment on the ‘Aims and Principles’ paper which forms the basis of stakeholder engagement on the Terms of Reference for the inquiry. Deadline for submitting responses and comments is 30 September.
