This special session\, led by wellbeing coach Maire Claire Donnelly\, will focus on fostering Resilience and Wellbeing in the workplace. \nThis event is tailored for chief officers and managers of voluntary sector organisations and social enterprises in West Lothian. It will provide an opportunity to: \n\nExplore the key concepts of stress and resilience.\nDiscover helpful frameworks for enhancing your wellbeing at work.\nLearn practical strategies to strengthen your personal resilience.\n\nAs a free event\, this session offers valuable space for reflection and support during these challenging times. We understand that leaders are currently facing unprecedented pressures\, and stress levels are higher than ever.
