Due to the latest Covid-19 update from Scottish Government, Volunteer Scotland, including Disclosure Services, will return to working from home full time from Monday 13th December.
From Monday (13th) the VSDS phone line will only be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am -5pm. However the team are still contactable Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm via email, webform and live chat.
Online PVG Application’s will still be processed (as well as Paper applications where required) and we will continue to update our ‘working on dates’ each week on the VSDS homepage.
Please note: This Festive Period, we close on December 23rd, 2021 and reopen on January 5th, 2022.
