We wanted to share this Newsletter from NHS Lothian, highlighting Carers Week and asking you all to think about yourselves, your colleagues and the people you support who may be unpaid carers and may be combining this with full time or part time work.  We all know how difficult this last year has been and it’s not getting any easier for unpaid carers as we transition out of lockdown, particularly where they are trying to manage a job or have found hours affected by the pandemic.  Please remember support is always available from Carers of West Lothian; contact us on 01506 448000 or email us a referral to office@carers-westlothian.com or visit our website on www.carers-westlothian.com

Remember all unpaid carers during this year’s Carers Week and help us to make them more visible and make sure they feel valued for what they do to look after the person they care for.
