Diabetes Scotland/UK online events in January

The first of these events was organised at short notice in response to a large number of queries we have received.
 
If you haven’t managed to join any before then I would urge you to take up the opportunity as they are proving very successful and worthwhile for people living with diabetes.
 
The first event of the year on 20 January is a Diabetes Scotland event, and is particularly pertinent as Coronavirus vaccine beings it’s roll out. Please send any questions you may have to Mhairi.macdonald@diabetes.org.uk 
You will notice the registration process for this event is different.  Click on the link and register, you will then be sent an email confirming the Zoom link for the event.
 
The event on 21 January is being staged by Diabetes UK South East, and the last one on 28 January is a T1 Events session. Again, you have the opportunity to ask questions at the event.

Thursday 28 January 7-8.30pm	Being a parent or carer to a child with type 1 Virtual Q&A Panel Session Made up of parents of type1 children, who will talk about how they’ve managed their biggest challenges. And they’ll reflect on how they keep positive. You can ask them any questions you like, no matter how big or small.
