​Gateway Staff and Board Update

You will be aware that our CEO Bridget has been on leave following her recent sad bereavement.
She has now tendered her resignation with effect from 20 January 2019.
Board members and staff, together with representatives of our funders - Scottish Government and West Lothian Council, wish her well for the future.
 
James MacBain has recently joined us as Interim CEO working three days a week until early March.
James has had a great deal of previous experience in the sector.

​During his time with us, James, amongst other duties, will be assisting the Board in the recruitment of a new CEO.
Recruitment details for the post will be posted on the website and social media within the next two weeks as well as being advertised more widely in the press.
 
Due to work commitments, Rankin Barr stepped down from his position as Chair of the Board of Trustees at the recent AGM 
We would like to thank Rankin for his work as Chair.
 
We are delighted to announce that Daniel Evans has taken over the position of Chair.
Daniel is Commercial and Marketing Head at West Lothian College and is already making a significant contribution to the work of the Board.
