Bipolar Scotland

Share

Bipolar Scotland exists to improve the quality of life of everyone who lives with Bipolar Disorder in Scotland and this includes friends, family and carers as well as people with a bipolar diagnosis. We do this by providing helpful and accurate information on bipolar, by combatting stigma and stereotypes, by supporting a network of self-help groups across Scotland and by running Self-Management Training courses. We also represent the views of people who live with bipolar disorder to Scotland’s politicians and health professionals and act as an unofficial (and unfunded!) telephone helpline.
