West Lothian Assertive Outreach Service is a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for adults 18+ (including offenders) and families.
We offer psycho-social, motivational, relapse prevention, and harm reduction interventions and sign posting to other relevant services for male and females experiencing substance misuse issues. Service users can be living in the community, in police or prison custody, or in those sections of the community termed as ‘hard to reach’.
