One man’s junk is another man’s treasure…DEBRA has over 100 charity shops across the UK and we need you to keep each one stocked with affordable, good quality items. We sell clothing, bric-a-brac, furniture, electrical items, books, toys, games and DVDs, so if you have any unloved items pop them in to Whitburn DEBRA Charity shop.
The Whitburn shop is also a DEBRA furniture and electrical store which offers a free collection service for large donated items. If you have furniture and electrical items to donate in good condition, please contact the shop directly to arrange collection or book a free collection online.
Monies raised from the shop sales go towards DEBRA’s main aim of finding a cure and improving the quality of life for people suffering from Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) a group of genetic skin conditions that cause the skin to blister and tear at the slightest touch. Those born with EB have skin so fragile they are called ‘butterfly children’ – their skin is quite simply as fragile as the wing of a butterfly.
