The Rock Trust, in partnership with Almond Housing Association,deliver the UK’s first Housing First for Youth service; providing fully furnished, permanent accommodation with high intensity wrap-around support. The service supports care experienced young people with multiple and complex needs (Aged 16-25). Choice is promoted where possible, in particular property furnishings and support. The Housing First for Youth staff adopt a ‘whatever it takes’ approach, providing high intensity, flexible support for as long as it is required by the tenant.
