The Rock Trust Supported Accommodation service supports young people aged 16- 25 who are care experienced or homeless, Rock Trust’s housing support provides fully furnished, single tenancies in various communities throughout West Lothian. Each tenant is provided with an allocated Project Worker who will work with them to build independent living skills. The support provided is tailored and flexible to meet the needs of each tenant. Tenancies are offered on a temporary basis, for a period of up to 2 years(or until the individual is ready to transition into alternative accommodation).
