The Rosebery Centre provides day care facilities for those with Dementia. The Centre provides a social interaction within a stimulating and safe environment. The Centre opened in 1985. It operates across a wide catchment area including Livingston, The Calders, Uphall, Broxburn, Pumpherston.
People with Dementia are referred for day care and other forms of support. The following make referrals for support; CPNs, Social Work Teams in Livingston, Bathgate and Broxburn, local primary health care teams, Voluntary organisations and West Park Day Hospital.
