The SCFU offers low cost, high quality, professional (multiple camera) audio and video production exclusively to third section organisations – social enterprises, local authorities, the emergency services, charities (large or small), business development agencies, community groups, sports clubs and the agencies that support/represent third sector development. Because the SCFU is a social enterprise itself, it fully understands the need to make every penny count and to work within defined budgets. The client is involved at every stage of production, from concept to completion, the SCfU preferring to work ‘with’ clients rather than ‘for’ them. Over 125 productions have been made by the SCFU in the last five years – training, documentaries, promotional, social awareness, service awareness, evaluation, celebrational, event coverage (and more).
