The Charity’s objects are: To Develop the capacity and skills of the homeless and other marginalised groups* who are members of economically and socially disadvantaged communities in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society; and (ii) To relieve unemployment for the benefit of the public; Through the medium of an amateur football league and providing an associated programme of support, training, courses and activities. *In this object “marginalised groups” means rough sleepers, refugees, asylum seekers, drug and alcohol dependants in rehabilitation, ex-offenders the unemployed and those who live in areas which is amongst the 20% most deprived wards in England as described by the Index of Multiple Deprivation 2000 (or its equivalent replacement).
