Torphichen Summer Nights was set up in 2000 with aims and objectives:
to promote live music through the presentation of public performances
to advance the education of the public in the arts and in particular music
to provide opportunities for young musicians to perform in front of a live audience
These objectives are for the benefit of the life, work and fabric of Torphichen Parish and a number of local organisations benefit from our fundraising activities.
Summer Nights relies completely on our local volunteers to organise all our events and we are grateful for all the support from our local community.
In the last few years we have donated funds to Torphichen Kirk, Torphichen Community Council and Torphichen Primary School, Marie Curie Hospice, Strathcarron Hospice.
