Access2employment are running an online Wellbeing Workshop via Zoom on 15th December 10am – 12pm. The workshop will explore the impact of fitness, nutrition, routine and sleep on our wellbeing. It will also provide practical techniques such as mindfulness, meditation and journaling as methods of dealing with stress, anxiety and unhelpful thoughts.
They are currently offering 1:1 coaching and support sessions online and via telephone. During these sessions we aim to improve client’s confidence, motivation and self-awareness to enable them to remove any barriers and set and work towards clear goals.
