West Lothian Climate Action Network is offering a free, accredited Carbon Literacy course, which is available to book now.
Book one of two sessions:
- Thursday 7th August, 5-9pm at the Bathgate Partnership Centre
- Wednesday 13th August, 1-5pm at the Lowport Centre in Linlithgow
What is Carbon Literacy?
Carbon Literacy® provides relevant climate change learning that encourages positive action to reduce carbon emissions. The Carbon Literacy Project aims to make this learning accessible so you can become certified as Carbon Literate.
Beyond small personal changes, Carbon Literacy emphasizes the need for significant change. It empowers individuals to create a wider impact, whether in their workplace, community, school, university, place of worship, or other settings.
The course is accessible, motivating, and tailored to West Lothian. In addition to the session, you will receive some reading and quizzes to complete in your own time.
