Exploring a New Mental Health Forum for West Lothian

We’re inviting third sector organisations across West Lothian who deliver mental health services to join us for an open conversation about setting up a Mental Health Forum.

The idea is to bring organisations together to explore whether there is interest locally, and to start shaping what a forum could look like. Together we’ll consider:

• The potential aims of a forum

• How often it might meet

• What times work best

• Who might chair or help facilitate it

It will also be an opportunity to share ideas on how a forum could best support organisations, and ultimately the people we all work with across West Lothian.

When: 10.00am, Tuesday 30 September 2025
Where: In person at The Gateway, 20–22 King Street, Bathgate

This first meeting is intended as an informal, open discussion to get things started. If your organisation delivers mental health services in West Lothian, we’d be delighted to have you join us and share your thoughts.
