West Lothian’s Integration Joint Board (IJB) is inviting the public, staff and partners to share their views on potential proposals for the 2026–28 Budget Consultation.
The IJB is responsible for planning most adult health and social care services in West Lothian. Like many areas across Scotland, it faces significant financial pressures, with an estimated budget gap of over £20 million in the next two years. Rising costs, increasing demand and the growing complexity of people’s needs mean that maintaining the current level of services is becoming increasingly challenging.
