What is RCLLD?

RCLLD is a grant programme designed to support community-led projects that strengthen rural areas across West Lothian. It offers an opportunity for organisations to develop ideas that respond directly to local needs.

  • Eradicating child poverty
  • Growing the economy
  • Tackling the climate emergency
  • High quality and sustainable public services

How to apply

The application process is in two stages:

  1. Expression of Interest (EoI) – a short summary of your project
  2. Full application – invited if your EoI is eligible
