Carers of West Lothian (CoWL) is currently recruiting for a Support Advisor with a specialist focus on Self Directed Support (SDS).
The role will involve providing direct support to unpaid carers and disabled people through both individual and group-based work. The successful candidate will deliver independent information, advice and support to people considering or receiving Self Directed Support, helping individuals make informed decisions and supporting outcome-focused conversations.
The post will also provide wider support through CoWL services in response to individual needs.
