The new guidance includes:

Regulated Roles at Another Organisation’s Premises

New guidance has been published to clarify responsibilities where regulated roles are carried out at premises operated by another organisation, such as schools, hospitals, care homes or community facilities.

The guidance includes practical examples and explains who is responsible for obtaining PVG checks in different circumstances.
