Linlithgow Community Development Trust is looking to recruit a new Chair and Board Members to help lead the organisation and support its ongoing work within the local community.

The Trust is seeking passionate local people who can provide strategic leadership and help ensure the organisation continues to meet the needs and aspirations of residents across the Linlithgow ward.

Opportunities Available

  • Chair of the Board
  • Charity Trustees

As a trustee, you’ll help shape the future direction of the Trust, contribute to strategic decision-making and support the organisation in delivering positive change for the local community.

Board members are asked to attend around nine board meetings each year, including the AGM, along with contributing to smaller working groups where appropriate.

Following the previous Chair stepping down in April 2026, the Trust is particularly keen to hear from anyone interested in taking on this important leadership role.

These are voluntary positions, although reasonable expenses will be reimbursed when undertaking agreed Trust business.

How to Apply

Anyone interested is encouraged to contact Chief Executive Officer Lee Dolby for an informal conversation before applying.
