LCiL is hosting its next Community Connections West Lothian peer support group on Wednesday 26 August, providing a welcoming and informal space for Personal Assistant (PA) employers living in West Lothian to meet, share experiences and learn from one another.
Peer support groups bring together people with similar lived experiences, creating opportunities to exchange knowledge, build confidence and access both practical and emotional support.
The sessions focus on Self-directed Support (SDS), helping participants increase their understanding of social care and make informed decisions about the support available to them.
