Earlier today, we were delighted to visit BRAG Enterprises for a study visit focused on partnerships and consortia working.
The visit brought together members from our Social Enterprise and Employability networks, providing an opportunity to hear directly from the BRAG team about their journey, experiences and learning. Brian and colleagues shared openly about how their partnership model has developed over time, what has worked well, the challenges they’ve faced, and the practical lessons they’ve learned along the way.
The session prompted thoughtful discussion among attendees, with plenty of questions, shared experiences and reflections on how partnership working can be approached within different organisational contexts. It was particularly valuable to hear honest insights, including both successes and challenges, which helped ground the conversation in real-life practice.
A delicious lunch was also provided and very much enjoyed by the group, offering a relaxed space for informal networking and continued conversation.
We would like to thank BRAG Enterprises for their warm welcome and generosity in hosting the visit, and everyone who took the time to attend and contribute. The learning from the day will help inform our ongoing work supporting collaboration, partnerships and consortia across West Lothian.
