Just Enterprise is hosting a free online training session to help third sector organisations better understand the legal and financial frameworks around charitable trading.
The event will take place on Tuesday 26th August 2025, from 10:30am to 12:00pm, and will be delivered via Zoom.
Aimed at charities and social enterprises either considering or already involved in trading activity, the session will cover:

trading within charitable objectives

the use of trading subsidiaries

compliance with HMRC and OSCR regulations
The training will be particularly valuable for trustees, senior staff, and those involved in strategic planning or income generation. Participants will gain practical insights from experts and have the chance to take part in discussion.
