West Lothian families are being invited to take part in Get into Summer 25, a free summer holiday programme hosted by Winchburgh Niddry Castle Golf Club. Now in its fifth year, the project aims to provide inclusive, active opportunities for children, young people, and families who may not normally have access to golf or organised summer activities.

The sessions will run every Monday from 7 July to 11 August, with a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, as well as lunch provided for all participants.

The project is open to:

  • Families with a child or children with additional support needs (ASN)

  • Children who are care experienced

  • Ethnic minority families

  • Single parent families

  • Families living below the poverty line

  • Young carers

  • Young adults with a disability aged 17–25

Each session includes:

🧩 Clubhouse activities (non-golf) from 10am–2pm
Outdoor activities from 11am–1pm
🥪 Free lunch for all attending

Led by Community Golf Coach John Pritchard, the project focuses on creating a fun, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
