Registered charities working with vulnerable people can now apply for funding through the Matrix Causes Fund.
The fund offers one-off grants of up to £5,000 or grants of up to £3,000 per year for three years to support organisations promoting:

Access to justice, particularly for people seeking support to meet basic needs

Equality of opportunity

A sustainable environment
The fund, administered by Prism and supported by international legal firm Matrix Chambers, can be used for core activities benefiting vulnerable groups such as prisoners, asylum seekers, people with mental health difficulties, children and adults with disabilities, or women in refuges. Organisations not registered as charities but established for charitable purposes may also be considered.
