The Voluntary Sector Gateway West Lothian (VSGWL) Members’ Survey 2025 is now open – and we want to hear from you!
Each year, we invite our stakeholders, members, volunteers, and service users to share their feedback on the support and services we provide. Your insights help us understand what’s working well and where we can make improvements to better serve West Lothian’s vibrant third sector.
Why your feedback matters
Your responses directly shape how we plan and deliver support to organisations, community groups, and social enterprises across West Lothian. Last year’s survey led to several positive changes based on your feedback – and we’re committed to continuing that same approach this year.
What to expect
The survey takes around 5 to 10 minutes to complete, and all responses are completely anonymous. At the end of the survey, there’s a dedicated section for social enterprises – if this applies to you, we encourage you to complete that part too, so we can better tailor our future support.
The survey is open from Monday 6th October until Monday 27th October.
