The Scottish Parliament’s Health, Social Care and Sport Committee is seeking views as part of its 2026-27 pre-budget scrutiny, focusing on mental health funding. The Committee wants to understand current spending levels, allocation across interventions, and decision-making processes. Input is welcomed from the public, advocacy groups, professionals, academics, government bodies, and the third sector.

This feedback will help shape the upcoming Scottish Budget, expected in December 2025. Responses can be submitted in English, Gaelic, Scots, or any other language.

The call for views closes on Friday 15 August 2025.
