Mental Health Advocacy Project (MHAP) is looking to recruit a Project Worker (Advocacy) to join its team in West Lothian.
This role involves supporting adults aged 18–65 who are experiencing mental health and/or addiction issues. The post holder will provide both one-to-one and collective advocacy, including work within HMP Addiewell, helping people to have their voices heard and their rights upheld.
The Project Worker will play a key role in championing equality, promoting social justice, and supporting individuals who may otherwise be marginalised to access fair treatment and appropriate services.
MHAP is looking for someone who is committed, compassionate, and motivated to make a real difference. The role offers hybrid working, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, person-centred work.
