Community groups and organisations are invited to join a free online Meet the Funder session to learn more about funding opportunities available through Creative Scotland.

This informative webinar will give attendees the chance to hear directly from Esme Leitch, Place, Partnership and Communities Officer at Creative Scotland, who will provide an overview of the organisation’s open funding programmes. The session will explore how funding from the Scottish Government and the National Lottery supports the arts, screen and creative industries across Scotland.

Participants will learn about:

  • Creative Scotland’s main funding opportunities

  • The types of projects and activities that can be supported

  • How funding can help develop new work, deliver creative activity and strengthen organisations

  • Practical tips for preparing a strong application

The session will also include a short input from Kirsty Young, Funding Scotland Development Officer at SCVO, who will introduce the Funding Scotland platform and highlight the wider funding support available through SCVO. Kirsty will be available to answer questions during and after the session.

The webinar will conclude with a Q&A and an opportunity to connect with other organisations.

Who should attend?
This session is ideal for community groups, voluntary organisations and anyone looking for funding to support creative or cultural activity.
