Applications are now open for the Refugee Festival Scotland Small Grants Programme, supporting community-led events that celebrate and highlight the contribution refugee communities make to life in Scotland.
The programme is delivered by Scottish Refugee Council and provides grants of up to £750 to help grassroots groups and organisations take part in Refugee Festival Scotland by covering the costs of running events.
A wide range of activities are encouraged, including:

art, film, music and dance

discussion events and storytelling

sport and theatre

cookery demonstrations and creative workshops

community get-togethers and family-friendly picnics
The deadline for applications is 12 noon on Tuesday 24 February 2026.
