The Scottish Government has launched its Cost of Living Campaign for 2025, recognising the ongoing financial pressures facing people and families across Scotland.
The Cost of Living website brings together clear, practical information on the support available — including benefits, grants, money advice, and help to get back into work. The aim is to ensure that people know what they may be entitled to and where to turn for assistance.
The campaign’s core message acknowledges that many households are struggling with rising living costs — from paying bills and heating homes to managing rent and buying food. The Scottish Government emphasises how important it is that people are aware of the support available and feel able to reach out when they need help.
Originally launched in 2022, the campaign will run again from November 2025 to the end of January 2026, appearing across TV, radio and digital platforms.
