Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations is hosting an online Meet the Funder session with Tesco Stronger Starts, aimed at helping organisations understand the funding opportunities available through Tesco’s community programme.
The webinar will take place on Tuesday 3 February 2026, from 10:00am to 11:00am.
During the session, Sharon Stoddart, Community Enabler at Greenspace Scotland, will provide an overview of funding priorities, eligibility criteria and practical tips for applying.
Funding priorities include:

Food security initiatives (such as breakfast clubs and foodbanks)

Healthy eating and cooking skills projects

Outdoor play and sports activities

School and community projects that promote wellbeing
Attendees will also learn more about the Tesco blue token voting process, additional support available to grant holders, and will have the opportunity to take part in a Q&A and light networking at the end of the session.
