Grants of up to £5,000 are available through the Volant Charitable Trust Small Grants Programme, managed by Foundation Scotland. Funding is for one year and can support core or project costs.
The 2025 round focuses on tackling poverty and deprivation, with priority given to projects supporting:

Women (e.g. lone mothers, victims of abuse, BME communities)

Children and young people (e.g. counselling, outreach)
Eligibility:

Charities operating in Scotland with an income under £350,000

Not currently funded through Volant’s large grants programme

Capital projects and organisations over the income cap are not eligible
