VSGWL is delighted to celebrate the launch of the Third Sector Interface (TSI) Scotland Network Manifesto for Winter 2025, published ahead of the Scottish Parliamentary elections.
The manifesto sets out clear priorities to strengthen communities, empower citizens, and build a more resilient and sustainable third sector across West Lothian and Scotland.
It draws on the lived experience, insight and local intelligence gathered by VSGWL and other TSIs across every local authority area. The document highlights where collaborative action between national and local government, the third sector, and other partners can deliver meaningful progress in the following areas:
-
Public service reform
-
Volunteering for all
-
Fair funding
-
Health & social care
-
The economy
-
Climate crisis
-
Rural impacts
