Whitburn and District Community Development Trust (WCDT) is looking for a full-time Community Development Worker to join their team.
Based in Whitburn, this role is all about supporting the local community – helping to run projects, build partnerships, and make sure local voices are heard. The position is part of the Scottish Government’s Strengthening Communities Programme and will run for three years.
The successful candidate will help the Trust grow its activities and support residents to get involved and shape local change.
Salary: £30,156
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Fixed term for 3 years
Location: Whitburn, West Lothian
