Just Enterprise is offering a range of fully funded e-learning programmes designed to help social enterprises develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to grow and increase their impact.

Each programme is delivered through short, flexible online modules, allowing learners to complete training at their own pace and focus on the topics most relevant to their organisation.

Steps to Start Up

Ideal for aspiring and early-stage social entrepreneurs, this programme provides practical guidance on turning an idea into a sustainable social enterprise. Across eight modules, participants will explore topics including identifying community need, planning social impact, testing ideas, developing a business model, securing funding and preparing for launch.

Tendering for Contracts

This six-module course is designed to help social enterprises compete more effectively for contract opportunities. Participants will gain an understanding of the tendering process, learn how to develop stronger bids, build collaborative partnerships and successfully deliver contracts.

Impact Measurement

Demonstrating the difference your organisation makes is essential when applying for funding and engaging stakeholders. This ten-module programme explores how to measure, evaluate and communicate social impact, covering everything from defining your mission and intended outcomes to collecting evidence and reporting results.

The Resilient Leader’s Toolkit

Created for social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations, this flexible learning resource supports leadership development and organisational resilience. Participants will explore practical approaches to building resilience, strengthening leadership skills and responding effectively to challenges in an increasingly complex environment.

These self-paced programmes provide an excellent opportunity for social enterprises to develop new skills, strengthen organisational capacity and support long-term sustainability.
