The West Lothian Litter Pickers are a friendly, volunteer-led community group dedicated to keeping West Lothian clean through regular litter picks and environmental improvement activities. With a thriving Facebook community of more than 4,000 members, the group is now looking to reach even more people by developing its presence across additional social media platforms.
As the Social Media Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Help shape the group’s social media strategy.
- Set up and manage new social media accounts such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or X.
- Create engaging posts, reels and short videos.
- Promote local litter picks, events and community activities.
- Share environmental news, achievements and success stories.
- Encourage positive engagement with the local community online.
