Parents of children aged 0–5 are being invited to take part in a free six-week Living Life to the Full course in Livingston this October.

Delivered by Kidz-Eco, the course is designed to support parents who may be experiencing stress, low confidence, busy routines or feelings of being overwhelmed.

Through a series of relaxed and welcoming sessions, participants will learn practical strategies that can help improve how they feel, build confidence, respond to worrying or upsetting thoughts and tackle everyday problems.

Topics covered include:

  • Doing things that make you feel better
