The Larder has launched a new programme designed to support young adults with additional support needs as they transition into adulthood.
LIFE (Learning, Independence, Friendship and Expression) is aimed at young people aged 16–25, particularly those approaching the transition out of school. The programme focuses on building confidence, developing practical life skills, supporting wellbeing, and creating opportunities for social connection in a safe and supportive environment.
To introduce the programme, The Larder is hosting short information sessions on:
- Tuesday 5 May
- Wednesday 6 May
These sessions offer young people, families, carers, and professionals the opportunity to find out more, ask questions, and explore how the programme could support them. Those unable to attend can still register their interest to receive further information.
Organisations are encouraged to share this opportunity with service users, families, students, colleagues and partners who may benefit.
To find out more or register interest, please visit the online registration form.
