West Lothian’s inspiring local heroes are set to be recognised as nominations for the Provost’s Awards open for 2026

Nominations are now open for individuals or groups who have made an outstanding voluntary contribution to community life in West Lothian.

The Provost Awards look to recognise the people who make West Lothian a better place to live, work, visit and do business. This will be the second edition with the inaugural event taking place at Linlithgow Burgh Halls in May 2025.

Provost Cathy Muldoon said: “I remain very honoured to carry out the role of Provost and in my duties, I am so fortunate to meet incredibly selfless individuals and groups who go out of their way for others.
