The Scops Arts Trust will open Stage 1 applications on Tuesday 1 September 2026 for organisations delivering instrumental music education for children and young people across the UK.
The Trust supports projects that increase access to, participation in and enjoyment of the arts, with a particular focus on the performing arts.
Funding is available towards revenue or core costs. Grants will typically support specific projects, although core funding may be considered for smaller organisations where an award could make a significant impact.
In previous years, grants have ranged from £350 to £15,000, with a maximum award of £30,000.
Applications are open to registered charities and organisations with a clear charitable purpose, with preference given to small and medium-sized organisations.
Applications follow a two-stage process, beginning with an online eligibility check before eligible organisations can progress further.
Key dates:
- Applications open: Tuesday 1 September 2026
- Application deadline: Tuesday 15 September 2026
