Just Enterprise is offering its Senior Leaders Programme, designed to give senior leaders within the social enterprise sector an opportunity to reflect on their role, strengthen their leadership skills and learn alongside their peers.
Aimed at those with strategic and operational responsibilities, the programme explores some of the challenges associated with senior leadership and supports participants to develop stronger and more resilient organisations.
Delivered on a hybrid basis over six months, the 10-day programme combines six online sessions with four in-person workshops in Edinburgh.
The programme will begin on Wednesday 16 September 2026 and conclude on Wednesday 24 February 2027, with participants required to attend all sessions.
Learning will include:
- Peer coaching
- Action learning sets
- Group work
- Guest speakers
- Guided self-reflection
The programme is heavily subsidised by the Scottish Government, with a fee of £450 per delegate.
Participants also have the option to undertake two accredited SCQF Level 9 leadership qualifications through Glasgow Caledonian University for an additional £390.
